I've never written a review before....but I feel I have to because the workers at American Dental at 5342 S Archer were AWESOME!!!! I called several Dentist offices and needed to c an Oral Surgeon. I had excruciating pain. The earliest appointment was the end of September. When I spoke with American Dental I explained to them and they gave me an appointment the same day. They said 5:30pm. I said great. The called me back and said the Dentist could c me earlier at 3:30. I said thank u Lord. After i made my appointment I looked up reviews. I said oh no...just please get this tooth out. Lol. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised the ladies at the front desk were awesome!!!! Very nice, professional, concerned, warm and welcoming. The xray tech was jus as great. When I got n with the dentist he knew I was afraid and n pain. He made me feel comfortable and talked me through every step. Him and his assistant made a major difference n making me feel comfortable. The ladies at the front were very inportant since they r the first ones u c. They were great and funny at times. There were other patients there and I noticed they were the same with them. I just wanted to let you guys know that it doesnt go unnoticed. From the front to the back I'd like to thank them all. Customer service to me means a lot especially when we have options. Thank u guys so very much for your understanding and care. I certainly hope you guys as well as others see this review. I am going to b back along with my daughter. I also noticed the equipment they had and used. Some I'd never seen. Hi tech. Thank you!! Thank you!!

They are very professional and took care of my teeth. I was well treated. i would definitely recommend their services.

American Dental Associates is very good dental practice, there staff is very friendly, facility very modern and clean, and doctor's are very skills and educated.

Today was my second appointment. I normally wait for couple visit before review any business. I like this practice. What I like most is there professionalism and way of taking care of patient.

I was in unbearable pain. They got me emergency appointment and doc took care of me. Very professional and courteous.

I found this dental practice convenient very professional staff and doctor's are very expert in subject matter, I'll be going regularly for my dental work.

This was my second visit at this clinic, I found place is very clean, and my dentist is really good, staff is helpful.

Fantastic place! Times are very flexible and the staff is nice. I'm always calling when I have the littlest questions and Maria has been so nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

This place is horrible. The bill is never what they tell you it is going to be and they constantly try to upcharge you (like deep cleanings) I needed an appointment and they made wait two months because they never sent it to my insurance and wouldnt help me without making sure my insurance was covering it. Maria should be fired. Never returns calls, never follows through on promises to clear up billing issues and is all together clueless. They are all about money- they dont care at all about their patients. Going to complain to my insurance as well.

Just wanted to write a quick review to thank Dr. Sharma and his staff. It had been a while since I saw a dentist, it was something I don't like and just kept putting off. After my 1st visit, I feel very comfortable and happy at this office. The staff is friendly and Kristy the hygienist was so awesome and really took the time to get to know me. The office is up to date and is really nice, I didn't even feel like I was at a dental office. By the time I was getting my teeth cleaned, I wasn't nervous anymore. She also didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long to go to the dentist. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist in the city.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU MUST HAVE A DEEP CLEANING DONE BEFORE ANITHING HOW CAN A PLACE LIKE THIS BE STILL OPEN? THE BEST IS THAT IF YOU NEED A DOCTOR ONLY CAN GO ON SATURDAY'S.I WENT THERE AND AFTER A WEEK MY SON WENT THEY TOLD US BOTH THAT BEFORE THEY COULD DO ANITHING WE NEED A DEEP CLEANING .......I GUESS THAT IS HOW THEY START MAKING THEYR MONEY AND THEY NEED LOTS OF IT SINCE THEY HAVE 3 TO 5 PEOPLE JUST WORKING THE FRONT.THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO DO A REGULAR CLEANING IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ONE DONE ANS ASK ME FOR $20.00 TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WISH SOMEONE WILL REPORT THEM TO SOMEONE THAT COULD TAKE CARE OF THEM FOR GOOD

Went there for the first time only to be told that I would need the "deep" cleaning before any work can be preformed even a simple cleaning!! Cost me $300 that of course insurance doesn't cover!! People Beware!! Scammers on the loose! Do yourself a favor and research your dentist.

I called about 2 weeks ago to make a dental appointment for my son. I first asked if they accepted Medicaid as I know many places do not. They told me they do then gave me an appt. for a 1 1/2 later. I went to check my son in when the receptionist told me they no longer accepted medicaid. I informed her I was given the appointment and whe I requested the appointment the first thing I did was asked if they received medicaid. She was extremely unapologetic, shrugging shoulders with as if not to care again saying" we don't accept that insurance.
