I spoke to AMPM and told them my situation. They worked with me on my time constraints to the tee. Zero issues. Felt like a VIP all the way. My father is stingy with complainants, but AMPM earned high praises from him and he hopes that we use their services again for other cars that we need to ship (which we did). We are referring AMPM to my uncles business and our place of business. We found them to be conpetivitly priced. All pick ups and drops off happened as promised with in reasonable time windows. Adequte notice was given at all times. Our cars arrived in perfect condition.

I had arranged with a moving company to transport my car and belongings from Michigan to California. The car transport was to be done by one company and the belongings with another. The range for pick-up was a four day window. The four days came and went with my car in the driveway of the home I was leaving. When the moving company was called, they stated they put the car on a board, and carriers respond if interested (this info was not communicated initially), and there were no carriers interested. Eleven more days passed with the same story. I had left the state, but my car was still in the driveway waiting. Call after call with no results. Then the new tenant was moving in and my car had to be moved. Was this really happening? In a panic, I checked the Better Business Bureau and left messages with three auto carriers with "A" ratings. Only one called back immediately---AM/PM----and that's when my life returned to normalcy. Danny gave a two-day range for pick-up-----IT WAS PICKED UP ON THE SECOND DAY----oh yeah---HE CALLED TO LET US KNOW (We didn't have to call him.). Danny gave a five-day range for drop-off-----IT WAS DROPPED OFF ON THE SECOND DAY---oh yeah---THE CARRIER CALLED US THE DAY BEFORE IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED, THE MORNING OF THE DAY IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO NARROW DOWN THE TIME, AND THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL (We didn't have to call him. They have this thing called a cell phone, and they use it:). I highly recommend this company.

If you need anything moved (like boats trailers cars trucks vans etc) call DANNY at AM PM Premium Car Carrier. I had one of the most pleasant customer experiences EVER! Very clear communications, NO HYPE, just facts what can and can not be done. Moved my load across country, a couple hundred dollars more than other car transport companies __BUT let me tell you this..They are WORTH EVERY PENNY...(i waited a month for another company and they would not communicate I had to chase them daily for info and they ended up not even picking up the load) THANK GOD I STUMBLED ONTO AMPM and Danny got my trailer to me in 5 days. A week earlier than expected....they know what they're doing. Great drivers good communications to let you know when to expect pickup and delivery....HIGHLY recommend ....5 STARS!!!!

To people considering working with this carrier,1. Be sure you have extra time around their dropoff 'window' in case they are late for you, too2. Be sure you have a ride in case they discover as they are late to drop off the car that they can't reach your house [which was within city limits, not a dirt road or anything like that]3. If the driver offers you money b/c he realizes they are culpable for a missing part upon delivery, take it! Don't try to be legit and go through the regular process, take the cash.See the Better Business Bureau for details about their service.
