The owner is a liar and will try to get you for your money. Make sure you get all of his info ex. His license number address to his business and maybe even photo copy his I.D. PLEASE make sure he writes up a detailed contract because if it is a job that he has to perform more than one day you will have trouble finding him. The address he has listed is not correct . He is not trust worthy and comes to the job high. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against him.
