These are con artists thieves. The usual. Steal your money, offer a "guarantee", roof leaks the following week, when you try to call and have them fix it all phones are disconnected. I got them tracked down, and reported with Chgo and IL AG's office, I'll put them in jail. Anybody who had the same experience do the same or contact me. The reviews here are most likely plants or bogus. Any different, feel free to clarify for the rest of us victims of these thieves.

I came home one afternoon from work and couldn't believe what I saw. Water coming in from my ceiling!!! I freaked and called Flat Roofs Chicago Roofing. AL was out quickly. He figured out the problem and told me I had open seams and ripped flashings. He was kind and HONEST. Even with all my questions, which I know I can have many, he answered them knowlegdably and patiently. His price was very reasonable and could not have asked him for more!



What struck me most when he came to my home was his honesty and knowledge. In the roofing buisness, I always worry about people being dishonest or not doing the job correctly. I am very pleased , and would recommend them to my friends or family

I have worked with Flat Roofs Chicago Company a few times in my 6 years of home ownership and I've been pleased with each experience. Upon initial contact, if you call their phone number, you'll almost always get someone in person to take down your information. Then this person will give your request to the owner, who in turn, calls back, almost immediately. Having a flat roof isn't extremely common, but in the city, you'll find many more. It's hard to know who to contact for any repairs or replacement, but this is a great company to use! I first used them a few years ago after realizing we had some roof damage, and they repaired everything, no problem. Then, we had an exceptionally bad winter with lots of ice and wind and we had so much roof damage, that insurance was going to help us pay for a roof replacement. They was easy to work with and gave a very fair price. They give out his cell so you can contact him whenever you need to and he's great about returning calls. They start work right away and always clean up afterwards. I was able to contact him through email as well which is nice, so we always have written documentation of conversations had, invoices, etc. I would absolutely call them again if I needed help in the future with my flat roofs

I had called a few of the top notch companies here in chicago and found that all flat roofs had the best price and the most honest opinions about my roofing repairs, i was clueless about roofing repairs but they took time out to take me up on the roof and explain every detail to me.

John committed to do a roof that was severely leaking and causing damage to the condo. He provided a bid and time line to get the work done. I planned travel to be there for the work (out of town landlord) to be done. My tenants have been catching water for a week. John's assistant emailed and said "I am sorry but he has a bigger project that he estimated last month so he is starting on that if you want find another company that will assist you Sorry". Since I went through the condo board to have him approved so I changed my travel plans for Wednesday when John said HE would be there at 8. Next email is that the 1 guy they have does this (????) has had a family emergency and can't do it so go find someone else. What happened to JOHN being there... Totally unprofessional and will not keep a commitment. An embarrassment to professional service people. AVOID!

had a roof restoration for my 3 flat ,leaks stopped roof looks good and i am covered for 3 more years on this plan............ thankful i called them they saved my existing roof .

And Found That They Had A Good Restoration Plan For My Commercial Roof That Was Pretty Bad...
