I went with my 85 year old mother. Nikki picked out the perfect rollator, shower chair and portable toilet. When I got home one of the buttons on the toilet leg was stuck. Nikki sent me a video and instructions. I fixed it 5 minutes. Nikki should be recognized for her outstanding customer service and support. Very pleasant and efficient. Thank you Nikki💯🤗

When I first started going here to get supplies I was given the run around and after 5 days finally got my supplies. The second time was ok and was promised they would also keep one set (water and bags) in stock. Went today, other girl said there was no record I had ever purchased there, did not have stock items and felt a simple apology was enough. After all I went through initially, I choose not to be their customer anymore. They had a second chance and they blew it. I'll drive further before I give them my business again. So much for excellent customer service and being the best in Chicago.

My knee brace was ordered on Friday 7/13/12, it is now Monday the 23rd and not only have I not received my knee support but I have left numerous messages that have not been answered!! First it was that their computers were not working, then the manufacturer shipped it late, then the driver was overwhelmed. REALLY?!! My MCL is completely stretched out from a swimming accident and I can't get around until I receive knee support, but apparently that doesn't matter to these people.

I really appreciated all your help! Thank you very very much you saved us alot of out of pocket expense!.
