This company is TERRIBLE and I would recommend that anyone who plans on using them to pick another company! They are total sharks!! First, they will begin the work without contacting you, providing a quote, etc. In our case, it was a new lock on our outside gate. He replaced the lock while we were at work, took our old tumbler, lock, and strike plate and installed theirs. They charged us $400 for this.....and the job was not complete. When we told him we would not pay until he completed, he came out and removed his lock......but did not replace our old strike plate, tumber, or lock. He said he threw it out! We have called him multiple times and he either yells (quite unprofessional) and hangs up OR does not pick up our calls. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
