I just shopped at this Aldi. They were out of the advertised 16 oz carrots. I asked for a rain check. I was told they do not offer rain checks. I am fairly certain that all fohttp://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2005/rain_checks.htmlod stores must offer rain checks. Does anyone know a lawyer that I can contact to file a class action lawsuit! This has happened before. The staff at this store are extremely nice and cordial and I know it is not their fault that Aldi Corp. will not allow them to issue rain checks.
