This facility is changing rapidly for the worse, they are very short staffed with Cna an the ones they have are over worked an the resident suffer from this they wait for there needs to be met an a lot of the Cna are Very Rude an unperfesinal , not compassionate it's like a revolving door with the help at Alden . Corporate office needs to come unannounced an see what really goes on there! We need undercover boss show to get with corporate an spend a few days as a family member or resident there. I've seen a change in the past year here an now the administer. The admission person an the head of nursing have all quit hmm what does this say?? An many of the good Cna have left.

This place is a dump this first floor makes you think everything is okay. Once you get on the elevator it's a whole new ball game. Some of the nursing are rude to the CNA's there is no team work at all. Some of the CNA's are rude and don't care for the residents how they should.
