I paid $45 to take a class. I have 2 jobs, so I had to reschedule. I gave them ample notice. The class was at 6pm and I realized I couldn't attend at 8am-a 10 hour window of notice on my part.I told them when I wanted to reschedule via e mail. I was told to e mail, again, the day before the next scheduled class. I did that. At that time I was told the class was now full, but I could pay an extra $25, on top of the $45 I had already paid, if I wanted to attend the full class. I was upset and asked for a refund in no uncertain terms. I was told I would not receive a refund and an employee mocked me for asking for one. "Please start the long costly process of coming after us for $45," he said. They could barely reply to my requests to reschedule, but when I aired my dissatisfaction with their service, the employee sent me a sarcastic diatribe that ran for nearly 10 paragraphs. Worst customer service I have ever received. I have since signed up for a CPR class for literally a fraction of the price-$20.

I just took my ACLS with Chicago CPR Now? Yes you need to be prepared for the class before- read book- review algorithms - review EKG, but class is easy going , fun , no stress at all, easy explanation, repetitions, and megacode algorithms practice as a group verbally no hands on- very easy , once again no stress like in other places. Test if you did well on the pretest you do perfect on exam, pre- test is much harder the the actual test:)))) great teacher , easy going, there are to help you, not to fail you. 100% passing rate . Thank you chicago CPR now, I see you for my PALS again.:))))) Anna
