I received good quality items on time. The 2 items that were damaged during shipment I had to photograph and email the company, they replaced the items without any further arguments. I know that receiving damaged items isn't fun but because of the company's quick response I am OK giving them a 5 stars rating

I am part of the opening crew at a new restaurant in Tampa, fl. We ordered all of our chairs, tables, and booths from "Affordable Seating," and received the lowest quality product imaginable. Upon arrival ALL of the chairs had deep scratches and dents in them, a couple booths were ripped, and the tables were not the right height at all. The company's management was completely inaccessible, and when we finally got through to them they demanded we take pics of EACH scratch (on over 200 pieces of furniture.) Would not give us any discount or take back the product. Lawsuit proceeding....

Company and its employees take no responsibility for its lack of communication and the fundamental problems within it. They will say whatever they can to get you off the phone when you have a complaint. Items do not ship in a timely manner, or at all, and they keep putting customers off.
