I moved to a little duplex 2 weeks ago after signing a one year lease. I freaked out when I saw bugs so I called the landlord who asked me to go ahead and call an exterminator from the area and that he will pay for it himself. The landlord came about the same time the gentleman from Advanced Maintenance Solutions came and he asked him to take care of the whole building. I am relieved now that it s all taken care of! The guy from Advanced Maintenance was so nice that he offered to come back and take a second look in a couple weeks to make sure there are no remnants of them anywhere, which he did.
