First of all I called to make an appointment, as soon as I said may ask you a question about my issue, the receptionist began the game of "hot potato" l was transfered to another dept , who said "oh no i cant answer any questions let me transfer you" ."hold please", then another dept, l said hold it wait ,,, please listen ,, l was calling to set an apppointment but,, "hold please let me transfer you to that dept." then another person answered,,l kid you not,, l said "are you a nurse" she said, "no this is the blah blah dept let me transfer you" then ANOTHER person answered, I said hi, l have a question and also need to make an a appointment, that person said ,, let me transfer you ..WHAT this is my 5th transfer, she then said ,, giggling just one more please, hold,.I was transfered to a person's answering machine, and instructed to leave a message.. ,, imean REALLY ARE YOU SERIOUS ,,AND I AM BEING ASKED FOR A RATING.!!!!!!!!?????? ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT , there is no rating for what l would like to say,,, ,, my final words are,, training classess and CHANGE,, a minute update i was force to give "a" star,, and that is owed to being present to play hot potato with me being the potato. ugggggghhhhhhh
