This store needs to be shut down! The employees are very unprofessional no customer service Etiquette at all! I went in on a Saturday an entire week before my supposed delivery date. These ignorant people chose to wait until that Friday the day before my delivery and want to verify my references. Who the hell does that! I went to all of these loops trying to get my employment verified they kept telling me I need more references because the ones I provide were not applicable because they weren't picking up. Of course not!!! They're at work! You had an entire week to complete this process! The nerve if these people to get rude and have an attitude with me as if I'm wrong to continue calling and checking on my supposed delivery!!! Really! I paid a entire week before. It does not take you five damn days to verify references!!!! This store is horrible!!!! I had to call the regional manager on these ignorant niggas!!!! Always black l people who can't act a cordially and run a damn business as such! I would never do business at this location again! BEWARE!!!! Even my references this particular employee called said she was rude! CHANTEL OR CHANEL IS THIS BROAD NAME!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a washer and dryer and paid for it on Friday 8th, I ask could I get same day delivery as they advertise I was told no, but i could get it by Tuesday the 12rh, I said okay I waited all day took off of work to wait after 3pm i called to see what time I could expect delivery, I was told between 3 and 7pm. Its 7:46 and no one has even called. I am a business person and i know how important it is to do what you say and be on time. Others places allow you to get more than one account this place only allows for one. I hate that place and I don't want to do business with people like that. I am cancelling my order!!!
