This is the worst company on the face of the earth....The plumbers who claim they have over 20 years of service is incompetent, lazy, liars and half do their job. I said liars because they called my insurance co and told them i have plastered walls (insurance would not cover) which is totally a LIE, even an idiot know the difference between drywall and plaster....This plumber by the name of Sam claimed he fixed out downstairs bathroom sink and the plumbing underneath fell out into our hands after checking behind hime.....I WAS LIVID..we confronted him and stood there looking stupid...but by the time we told this man where he could go and before we take his tools and shoved them up his a** we literally had to threaten this plumber to leave our home, and he didn't get paid either. SO BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY....

It is crucial to have your AC working this time of year and mine decided to stop working! When I called Aaron AC they came out and fixed it quick. My house is nice and cool now and I am very happy and comfortable!

This is the worst plumbing company ever. They send out technicians who have no idea what they are doing and then tell you that there is no issue, even though it's clear there is an issue. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, not even people I dislike. It takes forever to reach someone on the phone and they will lie straight to your face. What a dishonest, awful, awful company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Had main drain stoppage in basement and have home warranty which dispatched my job to this company. Worst thing ever. From the time the older men got to my house they complained about everything. Then did not seem to have any answers to my questions. Very unprofessional. Not to mention I over heard them say theres no hope for this and the insurance don't pay enough. Wouldn't call them to fix a faucet!!!!! Never again

Had a water back up in the basement called Aaron Plumbing Sewer and Drain (773)779-5696. They rod the main line and the water is gone. At the time of payment I ask if I had a warranty and was told 60 days which he wrote on the receipt. The next day I wash clothes and have water in the basement again,called the company and asked for a return visit he says we'll be there today. 3 days go by no one shows up no one calls back, I call back" We'll be there today in a few hours." Again nothing for 4 days I call again they finally show up,they come in and something for 20 minutes and say I need to go get a tool and never come back!! Worst service ever.

This company rodded the main line in my house because i had water backed up in the basement.They gave a 60 day warranty on the work. The next day I had water in the basement. Had to call them 3 times before they would return each time I called I was told some one would be here shortly and no one ever showed up. Finally on my last call someone shows up and works for 20 minutes says they need to go get a tool and never returns

My tub was clogged up with a slow drain. After calling several places, I called Aaron's and they were flexible with their hours because I work downtown and don't get home until late. It only took the guy about 30 mins. and the drain is working fine and the price was reasonable for this type of service. Same day service and didn't cost an arm and a leg; I would call them again if I ever needed a plumber...

I called Aaron Plumbing to address a problem that caused water on the basement floor. Mr. Pugh and son (I guess) diagnosed the problem as being 1) the need for a new sump pump and 2) clogged drain in the washing machine drainage tub. Although the repair was pricey ($600) I agreed ..I just needed the problem solved that day since this was the home of a 71-yr old tenant.



They installed the pump and rodded the tub drain. The next day water was again was on the floor. I called a couple of times before receiving a return call from Mr. Pugh who had the audacity to say that yes, there was yet a 3rd problem that they did not address or bring to my attention that was causing the water on the floor! He also did not offer to come out to complete the job.



So I spent $600 and they knew the problem wasn't fully solved!! Unbelievable!



They will never get any more of my business!

Samuel pugh came to my house and did a job for me. He fixed my sink and rodded my main line in the same day and charged less than Sears. Samuel Pugh is a great listener and helps my plumbing issues get done in little time.

I have used the services of Aaron Plumbing on three separate occasions. The first two times, employees of the company arrived promptly and got the job done with no problem. They showed great professionalism and were very courteous. The third time, the President of the company...Mr. Sam Pough showed up to rot out a drain and provided poor service and proved himself to be very disrespectful by speaking on a personal call on his cell phone while doing the job. Instead of discarding the tree roots that Mr. Pough eventually extracted from the drain, he decided to leave them all over the floor and did not bother asking for a trash bag to place them in. He actually made a much bigger mess than the original mess that was made when the drain first backed up.



In addition, the job was not done accurately as I experienced additional flooding from the same pipe that Mr. Pough supposedly rotted out. Mr. Pough was called out for a second time, with no response. I then called his answering service again and DEMANDED a response. Several hours later, Mr. Pough arrived with an assistant who, as I would have expected, was much more respectful than the President himself. His assistant completed the job throughly and accurately and showed great professionalism...qualities that the President severely lacks.



My personal recommendation would be for Mr. Pough to leave the plumbing work to his employees. His lack of professionalism and poor service gives this company a very bad name.
