Diane volunteered little information other than handing a price list and guessing at a $6K estimate. We told her we'd get back to her. We phoned 5 hours later to let them know that we were going with a different funeral home and asked what we owed for the initial removal. Then- and only then- they claimed the body had been sent to their other location and embalmed! In such a short time? Shady manipulation to stay with them. We paid just to get our loved one away from A A Rayner & Sons.

With the loss of a love one it is never easy. My family and I thank you and your staff for the home coming of Isaac J Mathews. You did a beautiful job and we were very please with your service. From the bottom of my heart , I say thank you....Bobby R Jahi
