ON CHRISTMAS DAY, 25Dec15 My FAMILY AND I WERE ON OUR WAY TO OUR HOME. WE WERE TRAVELING south on Pulaski Rd. At 59th street, we were stopped at the red light. An SUV, struck my vehicle from the back. We pulled over next to this 7Eleven. The police was called and a police report was generated. The entire incident, frightened my 8 years old daughter to the point that she has to use the restroom. While the report was being done by the police, I send my daughter with my 14 years old son to the 7eleven so she could use the restroom. They came back and told me that the guy at 7eleven said no public restroom. I went inside with my daughter and asked the young Hispanic lady to please let my daughter use the restroom. She told me to ask the other employee (older indian guy). While he was on his cell phone, I approached the man with my daughter and asked him to please let my daughter use the resroom. He was very ignorant in his attitude. I asked him to please reconsider. He said "its not working" and gave us his back. We just walked out. As soon as the police was done with the report, we rushed home so my daughter could use the bathroom.

I have shopped at this store multiple time in the past and I have never had any bad experience until now. I am not sure if this employee was having a bad day or maybe had an issue with whoever he was talking too on the phone. Whatever the case may be, it was very disappointed experience. Since this employee works for 7Eleven, he represents the entire corporation as a whole. On this day, He made 7Eleven corporation look bad.
