The lock on the back door of my family's home had always been finicky, and before we purchased the property a few years ago the need for a replacement even came up during the inspection. I'd even had a locksmith come take a look at it and was given an outrageous quote. Needless to say when it suddenly ceased functioning late in the evening, leaving no way to lock the door, I feared the worst.

Thankfully, I called 24/7 Lightning Locksmith and had someone at my address in half an hour. The technician replaced my lock quickly and, late at night and on short notice, charged only a quarter what the previous locksmith service had quoted me. When I expressed my surprise at the low price, he explained that there are some unethical people in his field and the previous technician from the other service had probably seen that my family and I live in a nice house and tried to charge as much as possible, rather than give the sort of fair price I ended up paying.
