I love doing my hair in this shop. I feel comfortable talking to the people there and they are very flexible when there is a need. The quality of the braid I usually get is amazing and I will always come to this shop as long as I am in Chicago.

I got my hair braided at this shop. The lady had her 10 month old baby crawling around on the dirty floor. She took 10 hours to braid my hair. Then 3 days later I found a spot where the woman missed a spot to braid so she cut a bald spot just so that I wouldn't notice. I called the shop to ask her how can she fix it. Spoke with Ora (the owner). She was the person who braided my hair. She told me that she had noticed the bald spot but she felt like I should have known it was there since it was on my hair. I just wanted her to braid the spot but she started yelling at the top of her lungs saying that I accused her of something she didn't do (cutting my hair). I stated that I didn't have a problem with how she did the rest and that I wanted her to just try to fix it but she just kept yelling in my ear. She told me to get over it and she will call her lawyer. So watch the workers with the scissors and for bald spots after your long vis

I was VERY SATISFIED with the quality of the service, price,efficiency and level of care for my hair. The hair stylist was not just styling my hair she also was caring for my hair and they provided me with a style that has gotten lots of compliments. And I was happy to share by referring her clients.
