Provided by YP.comLong story short, my s/o and I are regulars at this bowling ally. Typically we both will grab beers but this night I decided to use my refillable cup to grab a soda. Everything was fine until the owner (that I've only seen once) came up accusing me of drinking my s/o beer in my soda cup. Once he realized he was wrong he didn't apologize at all and just walked away. Not only was this humiliating but three guys next to me had the exact situation but never were questioned. Once we left we tried to talk to him about the situation, expressing our frustration. He not only denied how rude he was when he approached us, but continued with his rude manner without apology. As a former regular customer, I am very disappointed in the entire situation today and sad to say we will no longer be returning.

To achieve that, one of the policies we uphold is to monitor underage drinking. In that process, any customer may be approached to prove proper ID or have their drinks checked.
