No follow through

Swedes originally did my roof and did a good job, but tried to get them back to fix my roof cap, and didn't hear anything back for a few weeks, I thought that they were going to the shop for shingles the whole time my roof was open. when I contacted them they said that the estimate was in the mail to sign it and send it back, I called another roofer.

lack of follow through

Swedes gave me a bid for roof repair 2 months ago but even after several calls they have done nothing to fix the roof. This is a roof they installed.
