I give it a zero but I had to add at least one star. I went in with a picture and came out with a totally different hair cut that looked like the girl placed a bowl on my head and cut around it. It was so straight. No layers, no texture. She kept saying I start long and go short if you want it. The haircut I showed her was short. She said come back if it's not short enough. I called to see the price and they said free within a week of my last visit. I asked if I could get a different girl and they said only if you pay. So I went to the same girl showed her a straight forward picture and now I'm embarrassed to go outside. On top of that she charged me full price again. I don't have a lot of money. I called the manger and told him and he said he would have her call me back. I don't want to speak to her. I called for the manager so I could get my money back. Now I'm out my money, had two horrible haircuts and am hopefully getting it fixed tomorrow from my friend. Screw Regis salon. You guys suck. Go back to beauty School.
