Merritt Plumbing and Heating hire the most polite and professional staff. Nate made the effort to wipe his feet before entering into my house. He was honest, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Thank you Nate, and Merritt Plumbing & Heating for doing an exceptional job!

Contracted them in for our basement finish. Work was quick and top notch. No issues. Did some other custom work for us and was fair and resonable compared to others we contacted in town.

All the staff on the phone are very rude and do not care! Once the plumbers finally get scheduled they do a good job. But then you are back dealing with office staff for the billing. I will find a better company where they care!

Do not call this plumber. They walk off a job and leave you hanging. Run away, run fast . I would give them no stars but have to have at least one star to post.

Unprofessional workmanship, billing and total lack of customer service will prevent me and my famiy and friends from ever utilzing this company.

I have used Randy Merritts services several times. I am a woman who lives by herself and is sometimes hesitant who I invite into my home. Randy's crew is the only one I trust to come into my house when I am not there. His work has ALWAYS been great and reasonably priced.

In the last 9 months this company has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. If management does returns calls they are rude, swear and don't listen to the customers concerns. They make it the customers fault and problem when questioned on scope of work or billings. When tryng to talk to the owner about scope of work, he is never around, so the tech says and if he is the tech says he is not. This happened twice. I have since found another contractor who has great customer skills as well as technical skills

Merritt Plg. has done work for us for years and done an outstanding job. In the last 8 months, the service has gone from good to extremely poor, if not worse. The extreme lack of communications between Merritt Plumbing and it had a lot to be desired. Previously I never asked for a quote- just go do it, send me the bill and they was fair. That has changed drastically- to the worse!! The staff has been rude as previous and accurate comments have indicated and they have lied to me AFTER the work was completed. They have billed for items which should not have been billed for- or a least billed me at a reduced rate. Or at the very least, contact me to explain the reasoning for the charges, prior to just billing. I have located another company that has outstanding customer communications and customer service.
