Provided by YP.comStormy Neff is personable, seems to be hard working; he’s probably over-extended and promises more than he can deliver. He provides good plants, shrubs and trees, and, by his own admission, has no ability to draw a plan. All this was OK with me until we ran into scheduling or problems: he doesn't answer emails or telephone calls until the second or third try; he doesn't show up when promised, or shows up unscheduled. In a word, he is not reliable. Just as bad, in my option, his "one year guarantee" on plants which doesn't seem to count when inconvenient to him. We spent a good deal of money on a garden, which, in the end, is attractive. But it could be better. Before choosing Chester River Landscaping, get a couple of bids from other landscapers. You will not be sorry.
