Todd is the best! He came promptly, assessed the problem and expertly fixed it. He has a very positive attitude and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him!

Todd was great! He was on time and fixed the problem. He even told me what to do to prepare. ( had to unplug my fridge lol) Very affordable and professional. Will definitely call him again if things break down!

On our first call about a month ago, Todd provided a prompt response, arrived on schedule, fixed the problem (oven), was professional and pleasant, and the bill was reasonable. A customer couldn't ask for more. Most recently on our second call, this time for a broken ice maker, the same experience.

Todd is unbelievable! The customer service you get is unmatched by anyone. He was referred to me by friends and I have passed his number out to others. I recently needed him.
He was prompt to respond when my refrigerator stopped cooling. He scheduled immediately and when he asked for make, model, etc. so that he could bring parts with him, he was unable to get the parts to make the repairs. This gentle man apologized and started trying to figure out how he may be able to still help me. He told me to try a few "tricks" since it was a new/out of warranty frig and guess what--it worked. I called him back a few days later to express my thankfulness and wanted to compensate him. He refused to accept anything. Todd is and will be rewarded many times over for his professionalism and heart. This review is the best thing I can do for the moment. Thank you and bless you kind sir!

Great experience. Our oven was limping along for years. I could never get a repair man to call me back or there was no one certified to work on our stove. Todd reached out to me on Facebook after I had commended on someone else's post about appliance repair. He arrived 2 days later and repaired it immediately! He had the part we needed on his truck and the service was fast and affordable. Would highly recommend!

We contacted Todd about a laundry machine issue. He responded the same day and came out to look at the machine the next day. He ordered the part and came and fixed the machine the day after the part arrived. He was efficient, helpful, and highly responsive. We highly recommend his business.

I was desperately in need of assistance with a new gas stove that was never installed properly. It was hard finding someone who would come to Rock Hall MD. Todd reached out on Facebook and I checked his excellent reviews. I’m happy I did. He knows his business, ordered the part and installed. He even adjusted my burners which the original installers never did, he’s prompt, fair price and overall fantastic! I highly recommend and his grandson Barron did a great job too!

We are very fortunate in Kent County to have Todd Barnhardt and his company, Affordable Appliance Repair, ready and able to repair our home appliances. Todd has capably serviced our washer, refrigerator and range in the past year (appliances are aging). He and his assistant Barron work steadily while being willing to answer their client's (endless) questions. Todd is sensitive to his client's needs and also will explain any safety concerns he may uncover. Todd will answer you promptly and will arrive when he says he will come. If that isn't enough, his rates are very fair. What more could you ask of your appliance repair man? Thank you Todd and Barron!

I contacted Todd for service on two GE appliances—electric range and refrigerator. Not only was Todd prompt to respond and schedule an agreeable time, he gave me a 30-minute timeframe for appointment ETA. Todd arrived with his apprentice Barron and got to work right away; diagnosed the issues with both appliances, showed me the faulty parts and explained how they created the problems, and ordered replacement parts. I especially appreciated how communicative Todd was throughout the process. As soon as Todd received the replacement parts, we set up a second time. Todd and Barron arrived Monday morning and my appliances were both fixed by Thursday morning.

As a fellow small business owner in the service industry, I tend to have high expectations. Being able to work directly with the owner and operator of a business means a lot these days. Todd and Barron were excellent and I would give them at least five more stars if I could!

Anyone in Kent County Md needing appliance repair should use this company! Todd, the owner, scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed my stove top in minutes, which I had been told by a previous repairman "could not be fixed". Todd had to order a part for my dishwasher, called again in three days to install. Again arrived on time, with his helper Baron. It was obvious that Baron wanted to learn as much as possible, was never standing around always watching and helping Todd. Both were friendly, courteous and fixed my dishwasher in no time. GREAT AFFORDABLE RATES, saved me a ton of money on new appliances. I would not hestitate calling Affordable Appliance Repair again. Great company, great people!

I called and spoke to the owner, Todd. He scheduled a day to come out and finished the work. Very neat, professional and also down to earth gentleman. I would recommend him to everybody.

Excellent service. I was actually able to speak to the owner on the phone. We set up a time for him to come fix my washing machine. He was right on time. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, set up a time to come install the new parts and quoted me a price. He had a assistant with him who was extremely polite and helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I would definitely use this company again.

Todd with Affordable Appliance Repair is top notch! Very professional, kind, and accommodating. I needed a refrigerator in a rental property fixed and he went above and beyond to service us. He made two visits, one for diagnosis and the second for part installation, and each was completed on time, and at a quite reasonable price. His communication was outstanding and I would highly recommend his services. He's our new go-to appliance man!
