This Is about an employee, that helped my mom while knitting a red wings scarf for her Grandson.... Shirley helped my mom Talitha Babcock change colors, when red to white, A square stitch I believe..... as my mommy of 81 fell ill to breast cancer , a very religious and GOD like woman , more than you would ever know.....I would take mommys scarf to Hobby Lobby , Mom said :see Shirley, and mom would call to make sure she was there.... so Shirley helped mama when she could no longer ride in a car...., My Mom was so determined to finish this scarf as she would ask about it a lot, and she was trying..... Actually Mom tried so hard she lost her knitting needles in the parking lot when she was in pain and it was hard to walk.....Well Shirley went out there and found them for her...My Mom was so Thankful !!And Mom felt so bad about it .... So my mama passed July 30th a painful breast cancer death with out any pain treatment, it was hard and sad , an Amazing mom of 4 kids and all a job well done. So after she was put to rest at Arlington National cemetery.... I got the Redwings scarf she couldn't finish... I took the yarn , needles and all I knew and took it to SHIRLEY, SHE REMBERED MAMA... and adored how sweet she was!! Truly loved by all .. No Joke!.........WELL, Shirley took the scarf and finished it for my Mama by Christmas day! My 27 year old son cried and said it was the best gift he as ever gotten... he will shed a tear at any moment about it . He has posed several times , saying .".(This look good mom")!!! Shirley would not take a dime for this. I also had 2 Redwings patches she had to sew on.. the scarf was 3 feet and when she finished it was 6 FEET with 2 Redwings Patches on each end!!!!! This was Mamas goal and SHIRLEY.... COMPLETED it before Christmas for my son , so close to his gammy!And a lable saying( made by Gammy).... My Mama knows this happened .... I will NEVER BE ABLE TO THANK YOU ENOUGH IN MY LIFE FOR THIS GIFT ..... YOU MUST BE RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR AMAZING HEART AS YOU HEALED MY SONS...
