"Instant oil change" was an hour, guy got oil all over my front fenders and hood. When i asked for a towel to wipe it off the one guy was very nice about it and apologized while the guy who did it threw his hands up in the air and said SORRRYYY. When I said I didn't want a new filter the guy got mad and walked off and threw the one he had on the ground. Work on your customer service skills guys. You work in SALES. I had no idea this place was here. Seen a Groupon and thought eh let's try them out! Bragged to friends and family on the sweet deal I found. I've already called the ones who were going to buy the same deal and told them to never go here. Not to mention it shouldn't take 4 people to do a darn oil change. 2 at the most. GET IT TOGETHER.
