Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I ordered I crib mid June. I was told it wold arrive in 6 weeks or approximately the week of Aug 1st. It has now been two months and no crib has arrived. Each time I call, they say someone will Calle me back. They also say it should arrive in the next few days, it's at the warehouse, or it will be picked up soon. Everyone tells me something different. I will never order here again and advise non on else to either. It is basically a scam. They have been reported to the better business Bureau and need to lose their accreditation.

We ordered a glider for my daughter on February 23 for her nursery. We were told the chairs were very exclusive and made in Canada (all the labels were cut off the chair and we later found out it was made by little castle a brand target carries) and that it would take at least 2 months to get it in. Given the due date of her baby was May 13th we didn't see this as being a problem. A month before the babies due date my daughter went by to see if the glider was in. There was a phone call made but the employee was unable to get thru to the company. I went by the following week but it was on a Sunday so the employee was unable to call the company until the next time she worked which was on the following Tuesday April 30th, she said she would call me to let me know when it was coming in. I was called on that Tuesday and was told at that time it still should be in before the babies birth. My grand daughter was born on May 12th but still no chair. On May 14th I once again went by Treasure Rooms to check on the chair and once again they couldn't get thru to the company, I was called later that day and told the company had run out of fabric midway thru making the chair and it should be shipped on the 16th due to arrive on the 22nd. On the 23rd I once again called to find out if the chair was in and was told it had just arrived, but since it was the labor day weekend and they were already booked for deliveries that Friday May 24th and it would be the following Tuesday or Wednesday before it could be delivered. Let's see that would be the 28th or 29th of May, more than 3 months from ordering the chair. Exasperated I said I'll just come pick it up on Saturday. Guess what you can't pick it up on weekends the warehouse is closed? The customer service was very poor given that no one followed up on delivery of this chair unless they were asked to do so. That we were promised the chair for the nursery before the babies birth and told 2 months and it was over 3 months. I also feel that there was deception about the chair as we were told of it's exclusiveness but later found out the chairs were being sold at target. Just unwrapped Chair from picking it up today and there's a big white strip down the back. I wish I could attach the picture. It's awful and I fuming, just hoping I don't have as much problem as others in making this right.

Do not shop here!!! What a nightmare we found ourselves in. Ordered bed in June was told by an in store representative that it would be 6-8 weeks before we would have it in. 4 months later we have no bed. They will tell you it will be in and it never comes. Spoke with the manager and have never been treated so poorly. Told me that there is no guarantee of when their beds come in & makes it your fault. Manager specifically told me he's ex military and if I'm calling trying to upset him it will not work and that he will talk to my husband & hung up. So no respect for a women at ALL. Will not deal with you when you become frustrated after the multiple lies given. So good luck if you decide to purchase from here. Super nice and sweet at first then they get your money and it's a different story. You live and you learn....

Horrible Customer Service - DO NOT HERE

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. I was warned by several people to not shop here, but couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere. The commissioned employees are great up until your furniture arrives. We had several pieces of damaged furniture. It was like pulling teeth to get them to re-order and help get our furniture in. Once it was here, it still was damaged. (This is the same reason others warned not to shop here) What is on the display floor and what you get are not the same items. The customer service was horrible. I was told that they didn't want to speak with us anymore and don't want to do business with us if we are that "way" about wanting what we paid for. The owner Donna even stated that they don't have the highest quality of furniture. (Their furniture is made in Vietnam) They attempted to fix the damage, but in the process damaged the furniture more. On top of that they did extensive damage to my house and refuse to fix this. Now they have stated they don't wish to talk to us or do business with us again. We are left with damaged merchandise and a damaged house.
