I contracted THD to research and vacate an easement. THD advised me to precede with a complicated and expensive process to vacant the easement which I ultimately decided not to pursue. When I make the decision not to pursue the process, I asked if I owed them any additional funds, THD responded in writing that no additional fund was owed. Later I found out by a different source that I did not have an easement issue. Unfortunately I lost the property I was pursue due to the advice THD provided. A few months later THD contacted me wanting additional funds for the services that they provided (or did not provide). Even though I had in writing that no additional funds where owed, they were adamant that I owed them money and threated lien waives and collections. This was my experience and I would not advice to do business with this company.
