My washer took four visits over three months and several replacement parts before the last of four separate technicians finally determined a piece of rubber from the pump had fallen off and blocked the drain pipe. I had to go to the laundromat all this time and incurred lots of expenses because the technicians couldn't find a small rubber disc that wouldn't let the washer drain. I will NEVER EVER call these dim wits again.

We had a problem regarding our

number 645721 ---very professional and resolved the problem fast

And solved the problem and then

Ordered parts to resolve the issue

For good --- this is what excellent

Service looks like -- that's why we use Sears service it's the best and

Have very professional service

Techs that know their business --we

Rely on honest and fair service

And that is what Sears stands for

I was disappointed with the scheduling of my service. My dishwasher was overflowing and I contacted Sears for service. It took three days before someone could come out. After the service technician left, I tried to wash dishes and the dishwasher overflowed again. I contacted Sears that day, they said my ticket "still showed open" and to call the next day. I called the next day and the earliest they could send someone back out was another five days. I unfortunately bought the extended warranty from Sears, and am therefore tied to them for this appliance, otherwise I would have called someone else. All my appliances in the past have been purchased from Sears but none will be going forward.

Great job guys!! My year old Kenmore washer sprung a leak. I called Sears & they had a repairman out the same day. The seal inside the door had torn. They replaced the part & had me back in business the same day! Thank you!!!
