Did you know that Dr. Chien is on probation for "unprofessional conduct and care" and a hospital found him to be "below the standard of care" until 2018. 4 Hospitals within the St. Louis Area have revolked his privledges to work there. Around the Farmington, MO area there are many horror stories going around by former patients where he has botched operations and just wants to keep doing more surgeries on them to try and fix what he botched the last time.
