Customers sink handle blew off on their second floor in the bathroom, affecting second floor bathroom and kitchen on first floor. After the job was complete our office gave the customer a call and this is what he had to say...

The Production crew at SERVPRO of Mount Clemens/ New Baltimore was very helpful explaining the drying process with me and communicated every day what was going on. Having asthma, I was very happy with the cleaning job the Contents Crew did, I will be calling back to setup an after construction cleaning.

Customer had a sump pump failure affecting all of their finished basement, after the job was complete our office gave the customer a call and this is what she had to say...

The Crew Chief (Mike) was very informative about everything that was going to be done, any and all questions were answer by the crew (Mike and Joe). Mike also was in constant communications with my adjuster which made this experience 100 times easier to go through. I couldn't have asked for better people on Christmas Day to be in my home. Top Notch Crew.

Professional hard working guys and girls took care of my home as if it was their own. My insurance company recommended them and I couldn't be happier about the level of service I received from both SERVPRO and my insurance company. I was on vacation for the holidays only to come home to my home flooded after my pipes burst. My home and all of my belongings looked to be ruined. SERVPRO packed my home up and moved it to there warehouse to dry and inspect the damage. At the same time the SERVPRO crews dried and cleaned and restored my home. What I thought would take months only took weeks. They were able to save and restore the things that meant most to me like my wedding album and my computer data which held most of my family photos. Thank you guys for being there when I really needed help.

Professional, well trained, life savers, with all the equipment needed to save my hardwood floor and dry my home!! I called them at 11:30 pm on a Friday night to help me with my flooded home. They were at my home before 1am to help me with a smile on their face and instantly set my mind at ease. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and helped me with my claim questions..
