Repairs are not made in timely manner, 10 months and still waiting for a new window to replace one that was broken when we moved in. We have replaced 6 tires in 10 months due to broken glass in parking lot. Children are left unattended on a daily basis. Drugs are sold every day out of townhomes here. Police refuse to enforce the curfew and take 20+ minutes to get here when called. Office refuses to fix large potholes which cause damage to tenants cars.

I would not recommend this property. Very bad neighborhood for children to grow up around. Children that do live there have not respect to adults or anyone's property. I takes management too long to fix anything. Parking lot and roads are in very poor condition. Think twice before moving in to this complex.
