I wanted to commend Town & Country and your staff for the outstanding service you provided. This is the first time my wife and I had to hire a moving company and I didn't know what to expect. From Day 1 when Mike came out to provide an estimate to when the very last box was unloaded, everyone did an excellent job. Because we had 2 settlements on the same day and needed to be out of the home we were selling before the first settlement but could not move into our new home until that paperwork was complete on the second settlement it was a very stressful day for my wife and I. Allen, Brian, and Mike R. were careful and urgent to handle our furniture and other possessions while being extremely professional during the moving process. I applaud them for their efforts. I wanted to express my gratitude for the successful move of my parents home. Bill, Chris, Mike, Jon, and Colin listened carefully to my directions for the loading to 2 different locations. The two weeks before moving were so stressful & tiring, I couldn't imagine what the moving experience would be like. But thanks to a great crewthey did such a marvelous job. We used youor company and Allen, Brian, and Matthew were the team assigned. These men were a terrific group, courteous, humorous, and concerned, They never stopped and stayed in continual motion. They were a pleasure to work with, checking off the items when they arrived, taking the lay of the home, and then going to work. At the new home which has a long entrance, they did the same, making certain I was with them as they placed pieces, and putting furniture together while Brian checked to see that the remainder of the house was in order. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how nice our move was yesterday from Philadelphia to Baltimore. The team of guys were on time to the minute and were very efficient. The extreme heat (over 100 degrees) did not stop them or slow them down at all. All of our items were handled and managed with care. The team were very friendly. You gave me a wonderful move from Bollinger Rd, Elverson to Meadowlake dr, Downingtown. Allen, Jerome, and Jon were very good movers and pleasant.
