Charles is a SORRY SACK OF SNOT. He charged me to register and insure my vehicle IN MARCH and I HAVE YET to recieve a sticker. Now my temporary tag is expired and I can't drive. Can't even call for another extension, as he blocked my cell number from calling him, and is not answering any other Calls or attempts of contact. Not only am I assed out of $300+ but he kept my title, and now I'm unable to even register my car until I get in touch with him...basically, "back to the bus". Hope he gets what he deserves...

This place basically stole my money and never processed my paperwork. After giving me a run around for a year I had finally went to a new insurance place and they said my paperwork was never processed. This place needs to get shut down for robbery and fraud!
