Provided by YP.comOrdered a dress that went through UPS to finally be delivered by the USPS Chester facility, the dress was never delivered and all tracking info magically disappeared along with the dress if you ask me someone in the facility who had authorization deleted all info on the dress and either took it for themselves or is selling it somewhere else. With all the technology there is today how does this happen?? this is not the first time I've had something go missing thru the USPS.
