Power wants $1,175 for Warranty replacement! Inner pane of sliding glass door shattered with Nobody in room. Power claims it could not have broken without impact. There was No Impact!! Power's Warranty Is Trash!!

great job. Windows look great--very professional installation. When they left you could not even tell they had been there except for the new modern window look. Very pleased.

BUYER BEWARE! ! I had a roof put on by power home remodeling group and they damaged my deck and when the job was done they left trash and nails everywhere. They do the job as fast as possible and as cheap as possible. But charge outrageous prices. I have been dealing with them for 3 months now trying to get my deck repaired. I am going to have to take them to court to get it repaired. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!

Husband made a mistake by stopping by their booth at BJ's. They WILL NOT STOP calling even though we have absolutely no interest in what they are selling. Terrible customer service mentality!

My 86 yr old mother had a new roof put on by this company. They nailed shut the gutters that had already been installed by another company. When she complained they told her she had already signed off on the roof when it was completed so she was responsible. Was she supposed to get on the roof and have the expertise to realize what they had done? She had paid over $26,000 for the roof and they refused to admit fault or repair the gutters. She ended up paying $4000.00 for new gutters that they ruined. Beware of this company. Have another expert check the roof before you sign anything. Highly unscrupulous.

Sales people come 6p-8pm on a weekday, talk to you about the products for three hours until you are tired

and confused then drop the hugely inflated (91% markup) price to their actual (38% markup) price, then threaten that you

must make a decision immediately because as soon as they walk out the door, the price will increase 5 grand. If you don't

sign now (past my bedtime), they will drop it a couple thousand more. Again, threatening that this NEW, IMPROVED and amazing

(but still literally double the price of other roofers) price is no good if you don't sign immediately. Making you feel like

a terrible person for wasting their time, when they are the ones wasting yours.



Later, if they haven't gotten enough business using these pressure tactics, they can send another associate out to give you

their REALLY SERIOUSLY THIS TIME lowest price (supposedly 15% markup, but still higher 1/3 than the competition). Again, they can't just

tell you this price, they have to wear you down over ANOTHER three hours. Within this time they claim previous price was actually

higher than you were quoted, because the other guys screwed up (AKA bait and switch pricing), but you should definitely trust them

now, because all those other roofers are out to get you.



Now that you are exhausted, they threaten again (THAT THEY ARE REALLY SERIOUS THIS TIME!) this is the last chance for this extremely

low price, sign immediately in your exhausted state, or you will sure to be bamboozled by any other roofer out there.



It is entirely possible that they have a good product, but I can't say because sales techniques based on confusion, price swapping,

and wearing you down while not allowing you to get any competitive bids does not sound like trustworthy business practice to me.

Unless they can prove to me that this is not their marketing plan, I will get bids elsewhere for this job.

I have to say that I think Power must be a great company. They have been calling my phone which led me here. From what I can tell, the person they hired on 3/17/15 to write fake reviews for them is very consistent and has almost perfect spelling.

Power did a fantastic job. We are pleased and proud that we used Power for our project. They treated us with respect and we're professional from start to finish

This is my second time us No power home remodeling group for windows and I absolutely love them! I. Live in the city and it made the home silent! I am no longer bothered by cars driving by!

awesome, awesome, awesome! i'm blown away with these guys, everyone is so pleasant from power. the roof was finished in a day actually by 3pm the day of. i'm so so happy with my decision to use power!

I was so impressed with how efficient and quiet powers window installers operate! My neighbors had windows installed last month and it was a nightmare, powers employees were like night and day compared to that experience!! Phenomenal process!

everyone has been very upfront and honest. we needed a roof and they came and spent about 3 hours here explaining everything to us and working out something that would fit our budget. joe the salesman was very accommodating and no pressure at all. even after they discovered some other issues they worked out a price to help us with getting it fixed. their crew were extremely hard workers and while doing a roof it was a little chaotic around the house but they always jumped down to help us around the debris. i would definitely hire them in the future or recommend power they have given a fantastic experience!

I had my whole roof replaced and all the wood and they had the job done in a day. The timelessness and the professionalism of power is better than any other company I have ever dealt with!

i wouldn't have bought anything if it wasn't for mike the salesman. today was the installation and i was seriously impressed. i work for home depot and it speaks volumes to know i would use power for anything, what a fantastic company and fantastic people they have!

I am very happy with my new roof. They worked tirelessly to get it done and it looks amazing. Having the 50 year warranty to back up the roof was a big advantage for me, especially because it transfers if I sell the home.

Courteously timeliness and professionalism all make power as great as they are!

In short, this company knows what they're doing and knows how to communicate that idea well to homeowners. They service and install were impecable and the windows look great.
