Our dryer vent was in need of repair. The technician was very professional. The cost was reasonable. We are pleased with the wok completed and will call them for all our dryer vent maintenance in the future.

I live in a condo high-rise. I've always found the cleaning of my dryer vent to be a messy, irritating ordeal when I can find someone to come in and blow out or vacuum the vent. I have my dryer vent cleaned yearly. I leave myself no choice on this task. I want no fires. My appointment was scheduled quickly, fee seemed in-line with what I have paid in the past. The crew that visited my home was helpful, professional, and got the job done. I would certainly have them back next year!

We just purchased and moved into our apt with newly installed new washer/dryer. The dryer was taking over an hour to dry our clothes on maximum settings. The dryer diagnosis (LG dryer) said the vent flow was low, so we called up “Dryer Vent Wizard of NY Metro” to come by for an estimate and cleaning. The technician gave us a reasonable price so we went with them. The technician was very courteous and took off his shoes while coming into the house. He was very polite and took great care in his work. He spent about an hour and a half cleaning out my dryer vent, which was very clogged as the previous owner did not do any maintenance on it. Overall very satisfied.

I needed cleaning of my dryer vent. Cloths were taking 2-3 cycles to dry. Called a few places around and they quoted me high prices. The cheaper ones were too busy to accommodate me the same day. My neighbor told me about this company, I called them and they scheduled me for the same day at the last appointment of the day! They brought everything, moved the dryer and even went to the attic to check the duct and unclogged it and open it for more air flow. They went above and beyond and are very professional. Would recommend to everyone!

Dirty dryer vents are one of the highest causes of home fires. I had not had my dryer vent cleaned in years. I researched several companies and settled on this one. They sent the technician, he was on time, very courteous he got the job done and cleaned up after himself. He also cleaned my neighbor's vent and she was equally pleased. There has been a nasty burnt smell on my clothes after using the dryers for the past few days. Dryer Vent Wizard of NY Metro is the first company that I called and I immediately decided to use them due to the short wait time (2 hours). The techs that came out to perform the service were on time and very polite. They were able to clean out the vents and clean up in less than 2 hours! However, the smell did not go away so we decided to open up the vent connecting to the dryer to check it out. Guess what we found that's lurking inside the bottom of the dryer vent? A dead snake!!!! They were quick to dispose of the snake and sanitize the vents at no extra charge! I really appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile on figuring out what's really causing the problem instead of just clean the vents and call it a day. Overall, a great and friendly service. The price is competitive with market. I would highly recommend them for your dryer vent cleaning needs!

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by them. They arrived in the time frame I was told they would be here. They immediately got to work and in no time found I had a bird's nest in the vent leading outside. They removed the bird's nest, replaced the old outside vent cover and made sure everything was working properly.

I called Dryer vent wizard of NY Metro to clean out our dryer vent because it wasn't working properly. Tech showed up on time, was courteous, and did an outstanding job. My dryer works great now. The company professionals recently cleaned all the dryer vents for my condo building and did a fantastic job. They were on time, worked hard (don't even think they took a lunch break), and got the job done! Ironically enough my unit was the only one they found a problem in. They surmised that my vent duct had probably come loose in the wall...somewhere! So they were able to make the repair and did such a good job diagnosing where the problem was that they didn't have to make many cuts in my ceiling at all. The repair is done and I feel much better that the heat from the dryer is actually venting outside now! And man, you should have seen the amount of lint they pulled out of my ceiling. Anyways, hire this company and you will not regret it!

Dryer Vent Wizard did the cleaning of our dryer vent. They were right on time, incredibly knowledgeable about what they were doing, and clearly explained everything. They got right to work and did a great job.

They came out to clean and repair our dryer vent. I suspected it had become detached and they went under our house to verify this and then fixed it and cleaned it out. They were very nice and their prices are reasonable. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but were also super sweet to my kids when they wanted to watch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this service. Reliable, punctual and very honest!!
