A lot of people complain about this post office and I'm sure that their complaints are for good reason. Personally, I have been to this location a few times and it has not been horrible. The last time I went I was serviced by Joy and--- she was joyful. She had a smile on her face the entire time I was in line and greeted me as a true professional should. Now if you continue to have sorrowful experiences at this location I invite you to visit me at 480 Kempsville Rd in Chesapeake. 6 Mar 2015, expecting a Priority Mail package to arrive today. Watched the post women deliver mail to the other side of the entire street but never return to our side. (Must have been getting too late for her, 5:00pm) I even had my box flag up with a letter for pick up and she never returned. I have had my suspicion for a while now and this just proves it. No mail for 3 days then 15 letters all at once. Next time I see old girl she going to get an earful. She just cost me a ton of money for t-shirt sales at a weekend event! Called the number to her office and it is set on auto hang up exactly at 5PM. I cant wait to pay them a visit tomorrow morning!

Have never been treated so rude! Lily should be ashamed of herself for her pitiful customer service. Would not even make eye contact and continually ignored me trying to ask her where the prepaid drop off was. Left totally disgusted!

When checking my email I notice that all my Easter packages were return at 7:15, the address is correct I do live on Rutledge Rd have for the pass 25 years, thanks alot I was here waiting for those package one of them is my husband meds now what are we too do. No body came down this street to deliver mail yesterday, here lately they just show up when ever they want to we will me reporting Asp.

I have just moved to the 23320 area and I've had trouble with my mail. Not the post office's fault the prior tenant refused to turn in the mail keys. We had to wait on the locks to be changed. Took about 3 weeks. Some folks in the location are better than others with their communications skills but all of them were polite and friendly even if they didn't quite "get" why i was there yet again to pick up my mail. Even where there is a huge crowd, I've never been there for more than 10 minutes and they always try to have all hands on deck. The parking lot on the other hand. Oh boy, it needs help. Be careful of the sinkholes and crazy people. I've been almost hit nearly every time I've been there.

some of the pepople @ this locaction really need customer service training .the supervisors are rude,and don't know how to talk to you.they act as if your'e bothering them when u call to inqiure about your mail.this needs attention!
