I went to the Battlefield salon and was told that my haircut would be between $25-$35 depending on the stylist. I felt this was reasonable and had no problem with it. However, the stylist asked me if I wanted my hair curly or straight when it was dried and I told her it didn't matter. She said she would flat iron it and I said no problem. It wasn't until I went to pay my bill that I found out she charged me $20 to flat iron my hair. She never once mentioned that flat ironing my hair would have been an additional charge, if I had known I never would have let her do it. I'm on a very limited budget and to find out that I was charged $50 for a haircut that looked like a $12 cut was very upseting. I will not be returning to this salon and would suggest that their staff let their clients know when the service they are about to do is not included in the price of their cut!
