Provided by YP.comI turned in a lease one month early to them on 2/25/19 when I got the new 2019 RDX. They have yet to let Acura Financial know that I no longer have the 2016 RDX, so they are charging me for two vehicles. When AFS has called this dealership to resolve the matter, the finance manager doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, and the sales manager gave them the run around. I do not know why they are not doing their job, but something seems a little fishy at this point. That plus the fact that they haven't made the final payment on the 2016 shows me that they can't be trusted at all. They do not care about damaging my credit, and they keep passing the buck to AFS! I will never do business with this dealership again!
