Operational for over 40 years, Pollard's Chicken & Catering is one of Virginia's largest off-premise caterers. Located in Chesapeake, Va., its menu features dinner selections, vegetables and side orders, sandwiches, appetizers, seafood and box lunches. These food items comprise pulled chicken barbeque, fried chicken gizzards, homemade corn pudding, sweet potato fries, boneless breast filet, crab cake sandwich, battered mozzarella cheese stix, lumpia egg rolls, shrimp basket with fries and baked fish dinner, among others.
