I have been dealing with monarch bank since they opened. at monarch bank you are not just treated as a customer you are treated like part of a big family. everyone there goes out of their way to be helpful with any situation that may arise. when u walk in they address u by your name and they always look like they are glad to see you. they truly care about their customers. that's a rarity these days.
