New client looking for an eye specialists, called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist seemed to have no concern or compassion to help me. She stated the computer was down and she could not scheudle an appointment. She asked me to call back in one hour, when I asked if she would please call me back. She stated it would be easier if I called her back. She not once asked for my phone number (as a matter of fact, wouldn't take it when I offered it)or seemed to be interested in the fact that I needed an appointment.



I ended up calling back to reschedule an appointment. I thought about the frustration I experience when my computers are down. I learned from this experience to be careful how I treat my clients when I am frustrated. However, we made an appointment and the doctors was very professional, very thorough, gave his diagnosis and recommendation and explained all the facts very well. The staff wasn't so bad either, not exceptional, but not so bad.
