Sometimes didn't show up when they were supposed to or showed up late and still charged when an aide never even showed. Came home to find my Mom sitting in urine soaked pants with feces all over her. Called the owner to discuss my concern (after several calls were flat out ignored) only to be cursed out and hung up on. Reported to Virginia Dept of Health who found Home Instead Virginia Beach to be deficient in their ability to care for my Mom and there's no doubt in my mind, my Mom is t the only one to be treated this way. The aide actually admitted to VDH that she left my Mom sitting in her own excrement all day. The owners obviously had no concern for how seniors are treated while under their care. Then they claimed I had an a outstanding balance (which I didnt) and pursued me for that. Jail sounds good to me......

This company is extremely dependable. The caregivers are compassionate and wonderful. I highly recommend them.
