My mom had a scheduled appointment  with  Serenity for a massage and they CANCELLED her appointment without warning! It was her 67th birthday and she was to have a day at the spa to be pampered and feel special!  Needless to say, her day was ruined and my mom was crushed! She cried on the way home because she was looking forward to having a day of relaxation. The owner of the spa was NOT sympathetic that mom's BIRTHDAY was RUINED and didn't even offer for her to have a complimentary pedicure...something, anything could have been done. The owner said that she did not have any available massage therapists because they called out sick on a Saturaday.  The very least was the owner could have offered to have a pedicure and I would have paid for it, but they did nothing. PLEASE take your business elsewhere and DO NOT SUPPORT this business. It's sad that this will be the memories that we had for mom's 67th birthday! Memories that were SHATTERED!

We drove an hour from Delaware, just to show up 10 minutes prior to our appointment and were told  that our appointments were CANCELLED!!!  I was told that the reason was the people who perform the massages BOTH called out sick! Really? It was my mother's Birthday and she was to receive a massage, pedicure, and then we would go to lunch on the Chesapeake. Thanks Serenity for making it the WORSE Birthday present EVER for my mother!!!!!

I enjoyed my pedicure n hair color n cut with Heather very much today. I would tell anyone to give them try. KUDOS to them!!!!!!

Rachel gives the most amazing facial and pedicure ever. Serenity Salon's staff is so nice and upbeat, they make you feel pampered the minute you walk in the door.
