The worst customer service and workmanship EVER. We wanted to stay local when hiring a company to stretch our pool liner. So we called chesaning/Durand pools and spa. We went there to ask about getting it stretched and get supplies. The lady wanted us to get a quote on a new liner. We explained that we thought the liner just needed to be stretched. It took them no time to take our money for other pool supplies, -a vacuum for pool leaf skimmer and all kinds of chemicals. But when we needed the liner stretched it took WEEKS. WEEKS to come out. Dates promised and NOSHOW. Finally got a guy out here who said it would be no problem to stretch the liner as it was in good condition. And all he needed us to do was drain the water down two feet so he could stretch the liner. He said he could get it done no problem. After almost 8 WEEKS and lots of calls to see when he would be back we had tears in the corners of our liner due to lowering the water level for such a long time because we did what the "professional" said. At that point we needed it fixed as now we knew we would need a new liner (how ironic). So then we had to beg to get the guy back out to patch the liner. AND then we got. A bill several months later for $360. Not an apology. Not an offer to make it right. Just a "pay your bill". We had to patch it ourselves to get through the season. So now we get to pay another (very reputable company by the way) to replace the liner that chesaning/Durand pools and spa RUINED. To the tune of thousands of dollars.
