I have been going here for some time now with our pets. I have the upmost respect for the staff at Cherryville Animal Hospital.

They do not deserve to receive any stars, but I had to pick one to post!
This place does not care for your animals! I took my dog in because he had a tumor and was in a lot of pain. The doctor pressed and pressed on the tumor and told me it was cancer and needed surgery to remove it. Quoted me one price and then when I called to schedule time they tried increasing the initial quote. After taking my dog there, the sane day he started bleeding profusely! I called to let them know he was bleeding and in so much pain, he just kept crying and moaning! The front staff acted as if they didn't care and told me they could not get him in until 3 days later. The day I was supposed to take him for the surgery he had bled so much that he was unable to move his legs. I ended up taking him to another vet to get immediate help! They asked why the other vet did this to him and why would the doctor press so hard on tumor, enough to bust it! This caused me to have to put my precious dog to sleep today! They called to get his records from Cherryville and told them that he wouldn't be there for the surgery and the front staff said , "Oh well..."!! Who says that? Who treats animals this way? Cherryville, that's who!! If the vet at Cherryville would've cared and help sooner, my dog would still be with me! Don't trust them! They really need to lose their license! They killed him!

They don't even deserve that! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!!!!!! They held my dogs down in the floor to get their nails trimmed! No one has ever had to hold them down! They cooperate during nail trimmings. I feel like that was on the verge of animal abuse. They made my dogs nail bleed because they cut it too short, now he is going to be scared of getting his nails trimmed for sure! My heart still hurts from seeing that happen. And then they told me that the price would go up to $15/dog for my dogs next time I come in. I don't even care about the money, the bad review is because of the way we were treated during our visit!

Horrible reception! I brought in an abandoned 2 week old kitten and the very intelligent receptionist offered to sell me canned cat food?! When I said it's about two weeks old. She and the other one sort of looked at each other. I believe if I went to a gas station, walmart or bojangles they would have had more of a clue on what to do! I have a new two week old kitten and I will DEFINITELY be shopping for a DIFFERENT VET!

The doctors and staff are genuine, caring and very professional. On my dear Kibbles last day, we were treated like family and I will never forget that. Since then, they have cared for our two cats with the same loving care. I will always take my pets to the Cherryville Animal Hospital!

The dr and assistant was very gentle, took good care for my pug and I will be using them as my vet from here out!

Do not take your animals to this place. We took 7 puppies to this animal hospital to get wormed. This caused all 7 of the puppies sick and one die. The one who died was my baby and I am very heart broken and disappointed by this. I warn you. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT take your animal to this vet. After receiving a stool sample, and my telling them the puppies had Guiarida, they prescribed $60 "probiotics" instead of the $10 cure. One of the puppies died as a result!
