We hired this company to clean out our septic at our house in Coventry . The job was very thorough and he was very neat looking and the truck was clean . We will hire him again .

We had Larry Torti come out to our house in Johnston to give our septic system a second opinion after we had a company come out and tell us our system was failing . We are happy we did . The first company wanted to dig our yard up and put in a new septic , and the man was telling my husaband that the state was going to be notified if we didn't fix our problem .My husband told him to beat it . We called for a second opinion and Mr.Torti came out .He found that small tree roots had clogged inside the tank blocking the pipe to the field . He cleared those out and the water went into the drainfield with a whoosh sound . he was also quick to tell us that some guys with septic trucks make a good living selling people stuff they don't need . we will use him again , he is worthy of our trust .

Knowing that the owner of the company does the actual work is very comforting . When you call other companies , you never know who the heck they are going to send out , or where they are from . At least when his truck pulls up , you know who it is driving it . And he does a good job , cleans it out all the way .

We just switched over to Mr. Torti , after my old sepric man retired . We did try another local company before that , but he was trying to hard with high pressure sales tatics that scared us. . Mr . Torti figured out the problem within 10 minutes of being here . It was a toilet staying running during the day making too much waste water . Highly recommend . The other guy said about $ 15000. 00 to replace my septic system . Mr. Torti had me call my plumber to replace my old toilet . Total cost $325.00 . Will never use anyone but him .

He came out to pump the tank on short notice before a big party we had . It would have been my head on a platter if something went wrong during our event . Larry torti is a real life saver !

A super dooper awesome company !!

Called at 6:30 at night on a FRIDAY. The tank was overfull , and the pipe in the basement was dripping out. I hung up the phone and it was like he was in the yard already. pumped the tank and vacuumed the pipe going to the house. Did not overcharge for anything. He was the best and seemed to take it all in stride. Will never call anyone else. my old company said it would be the cost of the pump plus 250.00 for overtime!!!!!!!!!!! And they returned the call THE NEXT DAY. i would have had sewage in the basement all night. He is my new guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
