I ordered a chicken burrito relleno. I took two bites off one end - nothing but sour cream inside - and took two bites off the other end - nothing but guacamole inside. I figured the chicken must all be in the center, so I unwrapped the burrito, and I collected all the shreds of chicken inside into a wad smaller than my thumb nail. That's ALL the chicken there was in the whole thing. I pointed this out to the server, who called the manager over. The manager rudely said "that's how much chicken we put in the relleno." Um, how can you call it a CHICKEN relleno with no chicken? I said I'd eaten there before and actually had chicken in my relleno. So, she said, "You ate the chicken." No, I did not. I asked for some chicken to eat with my relleno. She said no. I told her that I was wasn't going to pay, and she said, "You ate half of it. and you have to pay." I said that I would pay for the half of the burrito I ate, even though it didn't have any chicken in it, but that I wasn't going to pay for the whole chickenless burrito after pointing out that it had no chicken. If I had had cash, I would have put $3.40 (half the price) on the table and walked out, but I dind't; so, not wanting to be accused of theft of a virtually empty tortilla (with the absolute smallest drizzle of cheese dip imaginable on top, by the way), I paid with my credit card. I told the manager that they'd lost a once loyal customer by treating the situation and me so badly, but she just said, "Oh, well." I said, "Oh, well, I'll write a review, and hopefully you'll lose other customers, too." And I said a bad word. Because, frankly, I was very ticked -- not about the chicken but about the way the situation was handled.
