Tom graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and Boston University with a certificate in Financial Planning. He has worked as Controller for a large international corporation and as a financial consultant for small entrepreneurial asphalt paving company. He has provided executives with the financial information to run their business and keep companies compliant with the IRS and local taxing authorizes by completing required reports on time and accurate. His background also includes training in business and personal financial planning from Boston University. His most recent experience has been with a lease administration company based in Atlanta, GA where he analyses property tax valuations for fast food chains and restaurants across North America. This analysis has reduced property assessments over $10,000,000 and saved clients over $75,000 in taxes in the past year. Tom is an expert in a variety of tax and accounting software systems. He is currently using QuickBooks for record keeping and financial statements and Drake Tax Software for business and personal tax filing. E-filing tax returns and preparation of year end reports and summaries are also services that are provided.
